Som Souschef arbetar du tätt tillsammans med Köksmästaren och är en central del av kökets ledning. Du är med och formar allt från kvalitet och arbetsflöden till teamkänsla och kultur. Rollen Som Souschef hos oss ansvarar du för att:

leda service och säkerställa kvalitet i varje rätt

skapa struktur och ordning i köket

planera och följa upp drift, prepp och logistik

coacha och utveckla teamet

bidra med idéer, förbättringar och energi i vardagen

Du är en närvarande ledare som både kan vara operativ i köket och samtidigt se helheten. Vem är du? Vi söker dig som:
