Vill du arbeta med kalkylering och bidra till att skapa lönsamma projekt och hållbara installationer? Vi på Rörteknik i Farsta AB söker nu en engagerad kalkylator med tekniskt intresse och sinne för affärer. Här får du en viktig roll där du tillsammans med kollegor skapar framtidens rörinstallationer och utvecklar vår verksamhet framåt. Om rollen I rollen som kalkylator hos oss ansvarar du för att ta fram och presentera kostnadskalkyler för våra projekt. Du har en central del i våra anbudsarbeten och samarbetar nära projektledare, inköp och leverantörer för att säkerställa kvalitet och konkurrenskraftiga offerter. Tjänsten är placerad på vårt kontor i Farsta.

Upprätta kalkyler och kostnadsunderlag för VS-installationer

Analysera förfrågningsunderlag, ritningar och tekniska beskrivningar.

Utföra mängd- och prisberäkningar enligt gällande standard.

Lämna offerter och vara ett stöd i anbudsförfaranden.

Samarbeta med projektledare och inköp inför projektstart och under projektets genomförande.

Vi söker dig med Erfarenhet som VS-kalkylator, VVS-ingenjör eller motsvarande roll inom rörentreprenad.

God kunskap inom värme och sanitet entreprenadformer (AB04, ABT06, AMA VVS & Kyl).

Vana att läsa ritningar och förfrågningsunderlag

Erfarenhet av Sektionsdata eller Tenwin

Meriterande:

Tekniks utbildning inom VVS, installation eller energi.

Kunskap om BIM och 3D-modeller

Erfarenhet av att jämföra och utvärdera underleverantörers offerter.

Erfarenhet från entreprenad projekt (Industri, kommersiella fastigheter, ROT-projekt).

Övriga krav:

B-Körkort

Goda kunskaper i Svenska både i Tal och skrift.

Du har god kommunikativ förmåga och kan tydligt förmedla insikter och lösningar till både kollegor och kunder. Med stark affärsförståelse och ett problemlösande mindset kan du identifiera utmaningar och driva projekt framåt med fokus på resultat.
