Vi söker nu Kundtjänstmedarbetare för kommande uppdrag hos vår kund i Göteborg. Arbetet sträcker sig med start 1 december t.o.m. sista januari. Är du en problemlösare ut i fingerspetsarna? Tjänstebeskrivning

Som kundtjänstmedarbetare är du företagets ansikte utåt och en viktig del av vår kundupplevelse. Du blir en del av vårt engagerade kundcenterteam där du hjälper privatpersoner, företag och föreningar med frågor, rådgivning och service i världsklass.

I rollen hanterar du inkommande kundärenden via telefon, e-post och chatt. Du registrerar och följer upp ärenden i vårt CRM-system samt arbetar aktivt med att informera kunder om nyheter, tjänster och erbjudanden som kan skapa mervärde.

Vi strävar efter att ge varje kund ett professionellt, personligt och effektivt bemötande, varje dag.

Arbetstid: Måndag-fredag kl. 08.00-17.00. Du behöver även kunna arbeta kväll den 23 december samt på nyårsafton.

Kvalifikationer

Vi söker dig som Har erfarenhet av kundservice, support eller annan serviceinriktad roll. Du är van att arbeta i telefon- och datormiljö samt har god systemvana. Har du arbetat i CRM- eller affärssystem tidigare är det meriterande.

Du trivs med att hjälpa människor, tycker om att skapa goda kundrelationer och motiveras av att hitta lösningar. Du arbetar strukturerat, har lätt för att samarbeta och bidrar med positiv energi till teamet.
