AGERA omsorg söker en strukturerad och engagerad planerare/samordnare till vår hemtjänstverksamhet i Göteborg. Du kommer att ingå i vår administrativa grupp. Du arbetar tillsammans med våra planerare, gruppchef och verksamhetschef för att säkerställa en trygg, effektiv och välfungerande daglig drift. Om rollen Som planerare har du en viktig funktion i att planera, samordna och följa upp hemtjänstinsatser. Du bidrar till att brukarna får rätt stöd i rätt tid och att personalens arbete fungerar smidigt i vardagen. Arbetet innebär kontakt med omsorgspersonal, brukare, anhöriga och ledning. Arbetsuppgifter Planera hemtjänstpersonalens dagliga arbete Samarbeta med planerare, och gruppchef Hantera bemanning, schema och dagliga förändringar Säkerställa att insatser utförs enligt biståndsbeslut och brukarens behov Dokumentera och rapportera enligt gällande rutiner Stödja personalen i det dagliga arbetet Bidra till kvalitet, struktur och trygghet i verksamheten

Kvalifikationer Vi söker dig som har: Utbildning inom vård och omsorg, minst gymnasienivå Erfarenhet av hemtjänst eller äldreomsorg Erfarenhet av planering, samordning eller administrativt arbete God datorvana Kunskap och erfarenhet av Carefox, Treserva och Epsilon God svenska i tal och skrift Körkort B

Det är ett krav att du tidigare har arbetat som planerare, samordnare, koordinator, gruppledare eller administratör inom hemtjänst. Personliga egenskaper Du är strukturerad, ansvarstagande och lösningsorienterad. Du har god samarbetsförmåga, är tydlig i din kommunikation och kan prioritera när tempot är högt.
