Har du bevisad erfarenhet av stordrift inom detaljhandeln och drivs av kombinationen affärsmannaskap, operativ närvaro och ett utvecklande ledarskap? I samarbete med en av Nordens mest framgångsrika aktörer inom volym- och lågprishandel söker vi nu en affärsdriven och närvarande Regionchef. Om rollen och uppdraget Som Regionchef får du ett helhetsansvar för resultat, drift och ledarskap i ditt distrikt. Rollen är mycket operativ och förutsätter en hög närvaro ute i verksamheten – du spenderar i snitt 4 dagar i veckan i butikerna och 1 dag med fokus på administration, analys och möten. Ditt huvudsakliga fokus är att skapa ordning och reda, säkerställa en hög och jämn butiksstandard samt driva säljstyrning och kostnadseffektivitet i nära samarbete med dina Butikschefer. Dina huvudsakliga ansvarsområden: Ansvara för distriktets budget med extra starkt fokus på försäljning, personalkostnader (% och kr) samt snittköp. Coacha, kravställa och utveckla dina Butikschefer för att bygga starka team och uppnå uppsatta mål. Säkerställa att centrala beslut, kampanjer och rutiner efterlevs med hög precision i butiksledet. Driva kunskapsdelning mellan butikerna och bygga en prestigelös kultur präglad av samarbete och teamkänsla. Driva personalärenden och fackliga förhandlingar med stöd från dedikerad HR-partner. Vem söker vi? Vi söker dig som är trygg i hetluften, gillar högt tempo och kliver in i rollen med uthållighet och struktur. Du är en kommunikativ ledare som är snabb till handling, men samtidigt har förmågan att stanna upp, analysera nyckeltal och prioritera rätt saker. Din bakgrund och kompetens: Du har flera års erfarenhet som ledare på distrikts- eller regionnivå (alternativt varuhuschef för mycket stor enhet) inom volymhandel, lågpris eller dagligvaruhandel. Bevisad vana av att styra verksamhet mot strikta nyckeltal, med särskilt god förståelse för tim- och personalkostnadskontroll. God förståelse för Detaljhandelsavtalet och trygghet i grundläggande arbetsrätt/fackliga förhandlingar. Du trivs med att vara på resande fot och har B-körkort. Resor med övernattning är en naturlig del av din arbetsvecka.
