Vi behöver nu personliga assistenter till en man i 60 - års åldern bosatt i centrala Örebro. Han är en härlig person som har nära till humor. Han har intresse för musik och tycker om att vara ute på promenader och aktiviteter. Han behöver hjälp med sin dagliga livsföring då han har diagnosen MS (Multipel Skleros). Som assistent kommer du hjälpa till med personlig hygien, på- och avklädning och andra personliga behov. Du kommer använda lyft i samband med förflyttningar. Du kommer även hjälpa till med hushållssysslor som städning och tvätt. Kunden har en PEG (”knapp på magen”) som han får näring och medicin genom, du kommer att hjälpa till med detta och delegering kommer att genomföras av sjuksköterska.

Du som söker ska vara engagerad, positiv samt en inkännande och lyssnande person. Det är av vikt att du har lätt för att kommunicera och att du har lätt för att ta in information - då detta är avgörande för att kunden ska känna sig förstådd. Vi ser att du som söker även har humor och är flexibel i din personlighet. Vi ser gärna att du har erfarenhet av arbete som assistent, men detta är inget krav. Personlig lämplighet är av största vikt. Arbetstiderna är förlagda i tre skift: Dagpass: 07.20 - 15.20 Kvällspass: 14.15 - 22.30 Natten: 21.30 - 08.00

Du behöver kunna arbeta på oregelbunden arbetstid. Vi söker i första hand vikarier som kan arbeta vid ordinarie assistents sjukdom och ledighet.
