Vi söker nu engagerade och ansvarsfulla vikarier till våra sju HVB-hem i Region Uppland: Bellagården, Dalilagården, Eleonoragården, Torpvillan, Vattmyren 1&2 och Villa Nora. Om rollen och våra målgrupper Våra enheter tar emot barn, ungdomar och unga vuxna i åldrarna 10–20 år. Ungdomarna vi möter befinner sig ofta i en komplex livssituation och utmaningarna varierar mellan enheterna. Det kan handla om normbrytande och kriminellt beteende, beroendeproblematik, känsloregleringssvårigheter, trauma, neuropsykiatriska diagnoser eller sexuell beteendeproblematik. Vi arbetar utifrån ett normkritiskt perspektiv och våra verksamheter är HBTQI-certifierade. Som timvikarie blir du en oerhört viktig och trygg vuxen förebild i ungdomarnas vardag. Dina arbetsuppgifter inkluderar:

Behandlingsarbete: Du stöttar ungdomarna utifrån evidensbaserade metoder, i huvudsak KBT, men även med inslag av DBT, ART, B12, A-CRA och Motiverande samtal (MI).

Struktur och tydlighet: Att upprätthålla en förutsägbar vardag genom tydliggörande pedagogik och förstärkningssystem som till exempel teckenekonomi.

Meningsfull fritid: Leda och delta i daglig fysisk aktivitet, friluftsliv, matlagning och social färdighetsträning.

Dokumentation: Löpande dokumentation av insatser och utveckling enligt BBIC-strukturen.

Då våra boenden är bemannade dygnet runt med vaken nattpersonal, innebär tjänsten skiftarbete med varierande arbetstider förlagda till dag, kväll, helg och natt. Vem är du? För att lyckas och trivas i rollen söker vi dig som är flexibel, lösningsfokuserad och drivs av att skapa bärande och ärliga relationer. Du är en trygg person med hög symtomtolerans som kan bemöta ungdomarnas utmaningar med ett lågaffektivt och motivationsstödjande förhållningssätt. Kvalifikationer och kompetenskrav:

Du har en utbildning som behandlingspedagog, socionom eller annan adekvat utbildning (även pågående eftergymnasiala studier inom området är meriterande).

Du har flera års relevant erfarenhet av arbete med barn och unga i liknande svåra livssituationer.

Erfarenhet och formell kompetens av KBT, DBT eller andra evidensbaserade metoder vi använder är starkt meriterande.

God datorvana, vana vid dokumentation samt goda kunskaper i svenska i tal och skrift.

B-körkort är ett krav.
