Vi söker Svetsare/Smeder

Företaget Bingers Mekan AB är ett av de större smidesföretagen på Gotland. Vi är idag 21 anställda i företaget och ingår i TEG-koncernen. Verksamheten omfattar service och industriunderhåll, projektering, tillverkning och montering av stålkonstruktioner, byggnadssmide samt skärande bearbetning såsom svarvning, fräsning och slipning. För att våra kunder skall få bästa möjliga resultat av sina beställningar tillämpar och arbetar vi enligt väl förtrogna tekniker och metoder. Vår maskinpark och vårt arbetsområde tillåter produktion inom såväl fin som tung mekanik. Vi är certifierade enligt EN1090-2 som gäller för bärverksdelar i stål som tillverkas i vår verkstad.

Dina kvalifikationer Erfarenhet inom svets och smide och en merit är om du har jobbat med underhåll och industriservice.

Meriterande kvalifikationer Det är meriterande om du har följande utbildningar som svetslicens för MMA(mig, mag och tig) liftutbildning, heta arbeten, säkra lyft och ritningsläsning. B-körkort är ett krav och vi kräver viss datorvana. Vi erbjuder givetvis utbildning/fortbildning internt via företaget för att upprätthålla de krav vi har då vi är certifierade.

Personliga egenskaper Ett varierande arbete som präglas av kvalitèt, noggrannhet och engagemang. Vi ser dig som är självgående, lyhörd och ansvarstagande med god kommunikationsförmåga. Vi kommer att lägga stor vikt vid personlig lämplighet, och det är av stor vikt att vara kundorienterad och har ett service- och förbättringsinriktat förhållningssätt med förmåga att skapa goda samarbeten både med företaget och kunder. Viktigt är att du har ett eget driv och är pålitlig.

Anställningsvillkor Tillsvidareanställning och tillträde enlig överenskommesle och vi tillämpar 6 månaders provanställning. Heltid och lön enligt avtal med IF Metall/Svemek.
