🎬 Video & Multimedia Producer Vi söker en senior Video & Multimedia Producer som vill skapa engagerande och pedagogiskt videoinnehåll inom ett omfattande digitaliserings- och förändringsprogram. Du blir en del av ett Change & Communications-team och får ansvar för att omvandla komplex information om nya system, arbetssätt och förändringar till tydligt och visuellt tilltalande innehåll för olika målgrupper. 🎥 Om uppdraget Uppdraget omfattar hela produktionskedjan – från idé, storyline och manusbearbetning till filmning, redigering, animation och färdig leverans. Du kommer bland annat att:

Utveckla storylines och bearbeta manus för korta informations- och förändringsfilmer.

Planera och genomföra videoproduktioner.

Intervjua verksamhetsrepresentanter, sakkunniga och projektmedlemmar.

Filma och redigera videomaterial.

Skapa animationer, grafik och andra visuella förstärkningar.

Säkerställa att materialet följer etablerade kommunikationskoncept och grafiska riktlinjer.

Producera innehåll för intranät, informationsmöten, roadshows och utbildningsinsatser.

Anpassa innehåll efter olika målgrupper och kommunikationskanaler.

Samarbeta nära med kommunikations- och förändringsledare.

✅ Skallkrav Dokumenterad erfarenhet av videoproduktion och digital innehållsproduktion.

Erfarenhet av hela produktionsprocessen, från idé och manus till färdigproducerad film.

Mycket god förmåga att förklara komplex information genom visuellt berättande.

Erfarenhet av intervjubaserade produktioner.

Praktisk erfarenhet av animation och grafisk videoproduktion.

Mycket goda kunskaper i Adobe Premiere Pro eller motsvarande.

Mycket goda kunskaper i Adobe After Effects eller motsvarande.

Erfarenhet av Adobe Creative Suite.

Erfarenhet av Canva eller likvärdiga verktyg.

Goda kunskaper i Microsoft 365.

Mycket goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska.

Möjlighet att arbeta på plats i Malmö.

CV och relevanta arbetsprover eller referensuppdrag som visar hela produktionsprocessen.

⭐ Meriterande Erfarenhet från större transformations- eller digitaliseringsprojekt.

Erfarenhet av SAP-, ERP- eller IT-relaterade förändringsinitiativ.

Erfarenhet av förändringskommunikation.

Erfarenhet av att producera utbildningsfilmer och informationsmaterial för interna målgrupper.
