The posting

Nu söker vi en engagerad och ansvarstagande vikarie till vår produktionsavdelning K-packen i Skellefteå. På K-packen arbetar du med paketering av våra köttprodukter. Du blir en viktig del av produktionen och får samtidigt en god inblick i hur våra lokala livsmedel produceras. Vikariatet startar i mitten av oktober och pågår i cirka fyra månader, med eventuell möjlighet till förlängning. Arbetstiden är förlagd till dagtid. Du får en ordentlig introduktion och lär dig våra arbetsmoment, rutiner och arbetssätt för att kunna utföra arbetet på ett säkert och kvalitetsmedvetet sätt. Vem söker vi? Du arbetar tillsammans med kollegor i både mindre och större team, så det är viktigt att du trivs med att samarbeta och att du bidrar till en positiv och trygg arbetsmiljö. Arbetet är stundtals fysiskt krävande och kan innehålla tyngre moment. Vi arbetar också med arbetsrotation mellan olika arbetsuppgifter och positioner. Därför behöver du vara flexibel, ha en positiv inställning och vilja lära dig nya arbetsmoment. Tidigare erfarenhet från livsmedelsproduktion eller annat praktiskt produktionsarbete är meriterande, men det viktigaste för oss är att du har rätt inställning och viljan att lära. Krav Förstå och kommunicera på svenska i tal och skrift, då arbetet innebär att ta del av arbetsinstruktioner, hygienrutiner och säkerhetsinformation. Du behöver ha förutsättningar för ett fysiskt arbete som stundtals innehåller tyngre moment. Du behöver kunna arbeta dagtid under hela vikariatsperioden. Du är noggrann, ansvarstagande och kan följa fastställda rutiner.

Meriterande Tidigare erfarenhet av livsmedelsproduktion. Erfarenhet av industri-, produktions- eller lagerarbete. Erfarenhet av paketering eller arbete vid produktionslinje. Kunskap om livsmedelshygien och livsmedelssäkerhet. Erfarenhet av arbete där kvalitet, hygien och säkerhet är viktiga delar.
