Om rollen Hemservice söker dig som är utbildad undersköterska med erfarenhet till jobb inom äldreomsorg i Matfors. Arbetet består i huvudsak av vård- och omvårdnadsarbete med tillhörande sysslor. Du kommer även aktivt arbeta som omsorgskontakt och med genomförandeplaner samt social dokumentation. Du ska kunna arbeta både självständigt och i samverkan med andra i arbetslaget. Du ska utan svårigheter kunna uttrycka dig på svenska i både tal och skrift. Vi ser gärna att du även har mycket god samarbetsförmåga, hög ansvarskänsla samt är flexibel. Du bidrar med positiv energi till arbetsplatsen och är lösningsorienterad. Genom din erfarenhet av vård och omsorgsarbete har du förståelse för att varje arbetspass är föränderligt och flexibelt. Då din arbetsplats är hemma hos våra kunder är det viktigt att du respekterar att du är i någons hem och är noggrann och ansvarsfull. Det är meriterande om du har erfarenhet av vård- och omsorgsarbete. Att du tar initiativ, samarbetar bra med andra och tar ansvar för dina arbetsuppgifter är en självklarhet. Du ska också vara lyhörd och ha förmågan att sätta dig in i andras perspektiv eller situation. Stor vikt läggs vid personlig lämplighet.

Uppdrag och period Tillträde enligt överenskommelse. Sysselsättningsgraden är 85% och schemat varierar mellan dag, kväll och helg.
