Cura Individutveckling är ett kommunalförbund med länets kommuner som medlemmar. Vårt uppdrag är att bedriva verksamheter där kommunerna ser fördelar med samordnade insatser. Vår värdegrund baseras på värdeorden bemötande, engagemang, trygghet, utveckling och professionalitet.

Sjöarp Gruppbostäder har i uppdrag att möta medlemskommunernas behov av placeringar avseende vuxna med autism med en svår problematik. Sjöarp kan erbjuda ett integrerat boende med daglig verksamhet i en lugn och trygg miljö strax utanför Bräkne-Hoby. Sjöarp gruppbostäder har totalt 13 boendeplatser fördelat på 5 boenden. Målgruppen är varierad.

Vi är alltid i behov av personal som snabbt, eller mer planerat, kan hoppa in och jobba t ex då ordinarie personal är ledig eller på utbildning.

ARBETSUPPGIFTER Som behandlare stöttar du klienten med personlig omvårdnad och en meningsfull vardag och fritid. Du följer klienten hela dagen, även i den dagliga verksamheten där sysselsättningen anpassas efter klientens egna behov och förutsättningar.

Ditt bemötande som präglas av respekt och värme. Du vill, som en del av Cura Individutveckling, vara med och skapa en trygg och välfungerande miljö för våra klienter, elever, ungdomar, barn och familjer.

KVALIFIKATIONER Vi söker dig som har tidigare erfarenhet av att arbeta med människor i t.ex. vård, skola eller omsorg. Du ska ha gått ut gymnasiet. Det är meriterande om du har färdig eller studerar på relevant eftergymnasial utbildning inom vård, socialomsorg, beteendevetenskap eller pedagogik. Kvalitetssäkringsarbete och dokumentation kräver att du kan kommunicera tydligt i tal och skrift och har datorvana. Du har ett tryggt och lugnt förhållningssätt och en god förmåga att arbeta självständigt. Vi sätter stor vikt vid personlig lämplighet.

Du måste ha B-körkort (manuell) och godkänt utdrag från polisens misstanke- och belastningsregister.

Löneform: Timlön. Anställningsform: Tidsbegränsad anställning. Varaktighet: 11 dagar - 3 månader, tillträde: Enligt överenskommelse och vid behov, Löpande rekrytering. Arbetstid: Dag, kväll, natt och helg.
