ARBETSUPPGIFTER Som bemanningsadministratör har du en central roll i det dagliga bemanningsarbetet inom vård och omsorg. Du arbetar med att planera, samordna och följa upp bemanning utifrån verksamheternas behov. Arbetet innebär löpande kontakt med chefer och medarbetare för att säkerställa att rätt kompetens finns på rätt plats vid rätt tid.

I rollen ingår även administrativt arbete i våra personalsystem samt dokumentation och uppföljning. Arbetet är varierat och innebär både självständigt ansvar och nära samarbete med kollegor inom bemanningsenheten, enhetschefer och andra funktioner inom omsorgen.

KVALIFIKATIONER Grundkrav för tjänsten:

  • Avslutad gymnasial utbildning, gärna med eftergymnasial utbildning inom relevant område eller motsvarande erfarenhet.
  • Erfarenhet av administrativt arbete.
  • Mycket god förmåga att uttrycka dig i tal och skrift på svenska.
  • God datorvana, goda kunskaper i Officepaketet och lätt för att sätta dig in i nya digitala system.

Personliga egenskaper:

Du är strukturerad, noggrann, serviceinriktad, ansvarstagande och lösningsfokuserad. Du trivs i ett arbete med högt tempo och kan prioritera, kommunicera tydligt och bidra till ett gott samarbetsklimat även när förutsättningarna snabbt förändras.

Meriterande kvalifikationer:

• Erfarenhet av bemanning eller administrativt arbete inom vård och omsorg. Erfarenhet av kundkontakt och arbete i system som SwedeTime eller Heroma.

Löneform: Månadslön. Anställningsform: Tidsbegränsad anställning. Varaktighet: 6 månader eller längre, tillträde: 2027-01-11 , upphör: 2027-12-31 . Arbetstid: Dagtid.

I samband med intervju behöver du som kandidat uppvisa bevis om medborgarskap i Sverige/EU/EES eller giltigt arbets- uppehållstillstånd.

För den som erbjuds anställning krävs utdrag ur Rikspolisstyrelsens belastningsregister.
