Tillsammans med våra hyresgäster och samverkansparter vill vi utveckla våra hus, områden och människors hem. Genom nya initiativ och projekt bygger vi långsiktig ekonomisk stabilitet och flyttar fram positionerna inom social och ekologisk hållbarhet. Som vikarierande projektledare inom ekologisk hållbarhet får du en viktig roll i vår pågående omställningsresa – och möjlighet att omsätta idéer i konkret nytta. Om tjänsten Våren 2026 fastställde Hyresbostäders styrelse vår klimatfärdplan för klimatneutralitet till 2045. Den bygger på vetenskapliga klimatmål (SBTi) och har tagits fram tillsammans med bland andra vår branschorganisation Sveriges Allmännytta. Färdplanen omfattar tio målområden som visar vägen framåt. Den är ett av våra företagsövergripande mål och en viktig del av Hyresbostäders fortsatta utveckling. Nu söker vi en vikarie som vill ta vår klimatfärdplan vidare. Som projektledare får du driva varierade projekt som för oss närmare målen – från planering till genomförande. Du blir en del av ett engagerat team som stöttar hela verksamheten i hållbarhetsfrågor. I rollen planerar och leder du olika typer av projekt, utbildar inom miljöområdet och hjälper kollegor att lyckas i omställningen. Vi söker dig som vill bidra med energi, nyfikenhet och engagemang – och utveckla vårt arbete tillsammans med oss. Här får du vara med och stärka Hyresbostäder och skapa förutsättningar för att vi ska nå våra mål. Vi erbjuder ett vikariat på ca två år med tillträde enligt överenskommelse. DET HÄR BIDRAR DU MED Du har en relevant utbildning inom miljöområdet, gärna på högskolenivå, och några års erfarenhet av ekologisk hållbarhet inom fastighetsbranschen eller en närliggande bransch. Erfarenhet av projektledning, GHG-protokollet eller klimatfärdplaner är meriterande. Vi tror att du är lyhörd och handlingskraftig. Du har hög integritet och personlig mognad, är prestigelös och trivs med att växla mellan självständigt arbete och nära samarbete med andra. För tjänsten krävs B-körkort och tillgång till egen bil.
