Idag befinner vi oss i en spännande utvecklingsfas där digitalisering och verksamhetsutveckling spelar en viktig roll för vår fortsatta resa framåt. Nu söker vi en IT- och Systemansvarig som vill vara med på vår resa. Hos oss får du en bred och verksamhetsnära roll där du inte bara förvaltar system utan också driver förbättringar, utvecklar arbetssätt och bidrar till att skapa framtidens Tärnsjö Garveri. Tjänsten omfattar 75 % och erbjuder stora möjligheter att påverka såväl din roll som företagets fortsatta digitala utveckling. Om rollen Som IT- och Systemansvarig har du en central roll i verksamheten. Du ansvarar för att utveckla, förvalta och stödja företagets IT-miljö, affärssystem och digitala verktyg för att skapa effektiva arbetsprocesser och säkerställa att verksamheten har ändamålsenliga systemstöd. Rollen rapporterar till ekonomichefen och samverkar med samtliga avdelningar samt externa leverantörer och konsulter. Dina arbetsuppgifter omfattar bland annat: Förvaltning och utveckling av affärssystemet Pyramid. Ansvar för SharePoint och utveckling av Microsoft 365-miljön. Driva digitaliserings- och förbättringsprojekt. Samordna externa IT-leverantörer. Utbilda och stötta användare i företagets system och digitala verktyg

Vi söker dig som Har erfarenhet av affärssystem och verksamhetsutveckling. Har god kunskap inom Microsoft 365, Teams och SharePoint. Trivs med att kombinera strategiskt utvecklingsarbete med praktiskt användarstöd. Är strukturerad, pedagogisk och har lätt för att samarbeta med olika delar av verksamheten. Har förmåga att driva projekt från idé till genomförande. Har ett genuint intresse för digitalisering och verksamhetsförbättringar. Erfarenhet av Pyramid eller andra affärssystem (ERP) inom tillverkande industri är meriterande.
