På Poolia i Jönköping söker vi nu personer som vill bli aktuella för kommande uppdrag inom trafikledning och transportadministration hos våra kunder i Jönköpingsregionen. Uppdragen kan variera i både omfattning och arbetsuppgifter, vilket gör att vi är intresserade av dig som har olika typer av erfarenheter och bakgrunder inom området. Om rollen Som trafikledare eller trafikadministratör har du en viktig roll i det dagliga transportflödet. Du arbetar med att planera, koordinera och administrera transporter och har ofta många kontaktytor både internt och externt. Rollen kan innebära ett högt tempo där förutsättningarna snabbt kan förändras och där det är viktigt att kunna prioritera och hitta lösningar. Arbetsuppgifterna varierar beroende på uppdrag, men kan exempelvis innebära:

planering och koordinering av transporter och körningar

trafikledning och löpande hantering av den dagliga driften

kontakt med chaufförer, transportörer och kunder

lastplanering och optimering av transporter

administration av order, leveranser och transportdokument

hantering av avvikelser, reklamationer och andra transportrelaterade frågor

uppföljning av leveranser, kvalitet och effektivitet

arbete i transport-, affärs- och planeringssystem

Du kan alltså komma att arbeta mer operativt med trafikledning eller ha ett större fokus på administration och planering. Gemensamt för rollerna är att du får vara en viktig del av det dagliga transportflödet och bidra till att arbetet fungerar så effektivt och smidigt som möjligt. Vem är du? Vi är intresserade av dig som har erfarenhet eller utbildning inom transport, logistik, trafikledning eller administration. Du behöver inte ha haft exakt samma titel tidigare. Kanske har du arbetat som trafikledare, transportplanerare, transportadministratör eller logistiker, eller så har du en relevant utbildning och vill ta nästa steg inom området. Det är meriterande om du har erfarenhet av:

transportplanering eller trafikledning

kontakt med chaufförer, transportörer eller kunder

administrativt arbete inom transport och logistik

kundservice eller annan serviceinriktad roll

arbete i transport-, affärs- eller planeringssystem

Som person är du strukturerad, kommunikativ och lösningsorienterad. Du trivs med att ha flera saker på gång samtidigt och har lätt för att prioritera när tempot ökar. Du är flexibel och kan snabbt anpassa dig när en leverans förändras, en försening uppstår eller planeringen behöver göras om. Du har god dator- och systemvana och uttrycker dig väl på svenska i både tal och skrift. Beroende på uppdrag kan även engelska vara en del av det dagliga arbetet.
