Genom välkända varumärken som Pax och Fresh hjälper vi människor att skapa bättre hem och fastigheter, både i Norden och på flera internationella marknader. Nu söker vi en engagerad och tekniskt intresserad medarbetare till vårt team för teknisk support på huvudkontoret i Växjö. Om tjänsten Som medarbetare inom vår tekniska support kommer du att vara en viktig kontaktperson för våra kunder och hjälpa dem med frågor kring våra produkter och lösningar. Arbetet innebär daglig kontakt med återförsäljare, installatörer och kunder via telefon och e-post där du ger teknisk rådgivning, felsöker och vägleder kring våra produkter inom ventilation, värmeåtervinning och uppvärmning. Du kommer samarbeta nära kollegor inom försäljning, produktutveckling och marknad samt bidra till att utveckla vår support. Vi söker dig som Har ett tekniskt intresse och gillar att lösa problem. Är serviceinriktad och tycker om kundkontakt. Har förmåga att förklara tekniska frågor på ett enkelt och pedagogiskt sätt. Är strukturerad och ansvarstagande. Har god datorvana och erfarenhet av affärssystem eller liknande systemstöd. Har goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska.

Det är meriterande om du har erfarenhet eller kunskap inom: Ventilation Värmesystem Värmeåtervinning Fastighetsteknik VVS-branschen
