The posting

Vi behöver förstärka vårt Volvo team. Vi söker omgående efter en glad och positiv person med några års erfarenhet av yrket till vårt team i Lidingö. Tjänsten innebär bl.a. Du bokar och tar hand om dina egna kunder. Från bokning till utlämning av bilen. Som PST tekniker tar du hand om våra kunders bilar med fackmässig service, felsökning, underhåll och reparationer och andra på verkstad förekommande uppgifter. Du arbetar strukturerat och främst självständigt vid egen lyft och ingår i ett team om 6 tekniker. Du är flexibel och strukturerad i ditt arbete. Du är socialt utåtriktad, har god samarbetsförmåga och kan även arbeta under tidspress. Du har lätt för att ta till dig nya instruktioner och vi ser det som en självklarhet att du har ett starkt bilintresse och har mycket god känsla för kundservice och kvalitet. Tidigare erfarenhet av större jobb, så som motor, växellåda etc och/eller felsökning ses som extra meriterande. Tjänsten och de olika system vi arbetar i kräver goda datorkunskaper samt att du behärskar svenska och engelska väl i både tal och skrift. Min bil brinner för kundnöjdhet och lönsamhet vilket präglar arbetsplatsen. Min bils anläggningar finns runt om i Stockholm och är tillsammans auktoriserade för KIA, Nissan, Jaguar, Land Rover, Mitsubishi, Opel, Mazda, Hyundai, Subaru, Suzuki, Fiat, Abarth, Fiat Pro, Jeep, Alfa Romeo, Chrysler, Dodge, RAM, Honda, Saab, MG Rover, Ssangyong samt Ford och Volvo.
