Som Lager- & Verkstadschef står ledarskapet i centrum, där du genom tydlighet, närvaro och engagemang skapar förutsättningar för både människor och verksamhet att utvecklas. Samtidigt ansvarar du för den dagliga driften och arbetar tillsammans med teamet för att säkerställa en säker, kvalitativ och effektiv verksamhet. Du arbetar i en dynamisk och samarbetsinriktad miljö med nära kontaktytor inom organisationen för att möta både dagens och framtidens kundbehov. Huvudsakliga ansvarsområden: Främja en stark säkerhetskultur och säkerställa efterlevnad av HSE-krav. Leda och fördela det dagliga arbetet samt ha personalansvar för teamet, med fokus på tydliga förväntningar, engagemang och utveckling. Optimera materialflöden, lagerverksamhet och lagerstyrning. Säkerställa effektiv resurs- och kapacitetsplanering utifrån verksamhetens behov & mål. Driva kontinuerliga förbättringsinitiativ genom uppföljning av KPI:er och verksamhetsresultat. Ansvara för budget, kostnadsuppföljning och resursutnyttjande inom verksamheten.

Din bakgrund: Tidigare erfarenhet av att leda team inom operativ verksamhet, gärna inom lager, verkstad, produktion eller liknande. God förståelse för materialflöden och operativa processer samt hur de påverkar kvalitet & leverans. Du är en närvarande ledare som skapar engagemang genom tydliga förväntningar och god kommunikation. Erfarenhet av att driva förändrings- och förbättringsarbete med mätbara resultat. Du kommunicerar obehindrat på svenska och engelska. Erfarenhet av att arbeta i ERP-system, gärna SAP, samt en god generell systemvana.
