Om rollen I rollen kommer du att tillhöra ett nytt team med fokus på Winback och rapportera till avdelningens teamleader. Dina primära arbetsuppgifter kommer innefatta att ta emot och hantera inkommande samtal från kunder som vill avsluta sitt samarbete. Du kommer att spela en central roll i att förstå kundernas behov, adressera deras bekymmer och skapa lösningar som gör att de vill stanna kvar. Till viss del arbetar man även med utgående samtal. Telefonen är ditt främsta arbetsverktyg där du skapar förståelse för kunden samt erbjuder ett värde som motiverar den att stanna kvar. Om dig För att passa in i rollen ser vi att du är en målmedveten och noggrann person som brinner för sälj och kundservice. Du gillar att arbeta mot tydliga mål och du är driven och initiativtagande för att nå de målen. I rollen kommer du att ha mycket kundkontakt vilket innebär att du måste vara relationsskapande och uthållig för att kunna leverera på rätt nivå. Vidare kommer du tillhöra ett nystartat team vilket ställer krav på att du är en kommunikativ lagspelare och flexibel.

Meriterande är tidigare erfarenhet av Winback och proaktiv kundtjänst. Din profil - Gymnasieexamen - Erfarenhet av arbete via telefon - Erfarenhet av försäljning och/eller kundservice - God dator- och systemvana - Flytande i svenska i tal och skrift Möjligheter och erbjudande på Lendo - Att få arbeta i ett expansivt företag med starkt varumärke i ryggen - Regelbundna team-aktiviteter - Friskvårdsbidrag på 4000 kr, två utvecklingsdagar per år och möjlighet till träning på arbetstid Omfattning, arbetstider och tillträde Anställningen är en heltidsanställning och du utgår från huvudkontor centralt i Stockholm.
