Job Overview Assignment Description We are looking for senior Workday specialists or an established team to support a large international organisation with Workday Application Management Services (AMS). The assignment focuses on specialist support, ongoing application management, configuration, integrations, and continuous improvement of an established Workday environment. Both individual consultants with deep expertise in a specific area and teams covering multiple or all required areas are welcome. What You Will Work On Lead and support Workday HCM, including Core HCM, business processes, configuration, L4 support, and release management. Configure and maintain Workday Time Tracking and Absence functionality. Manage Workday Advanced Compensation configuration and complex changes. Develop and maintain Workday integrations using Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, and PECI. Support integrations with external systems, including payroll platforms. Troubleshoot incidents, resolve application issues, and support ongoing service delivery. Coordinate application maintenance, configuration changes, releases, and continuous improvements. Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and other Workday specialists.

What You Bring Senior-level Workday expertise in one or more required specialist areas. Experience providing Workday AMS, application support, and ongoing maintenance. Strong configuration and troubleshooting skills within your Workday specialisation. Experience supporting complex enterprise Workday environments. For HCM specialists: experience with Core HCM, business processes, L4 support, and release management. For Time Tracking & Absence specialists: experience with configuration, support, and application maintenance. For Advanced Compensation specialists: experience with configuration and complex changes. For Integration specialists: experience with Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, and PECI. Ability to work independently or collaboratively within a specialist team.

Meritorious Experience covering multiple Workday functional and technical areas. Experience supporting large international organisations. Experience with complex payroll integrations. Experience delivering end-to-end Workday AMS services as an established team.
