Yrkeslärare med specialpedagogisk kompetens – bli en del av Arena Utbildning i Göteborg Vill du hjälpa vuxna elever att växa, nå sina mål och ta nästa steg mot arbetslivet? Vi söker en vård- och omsorgslärare eller barn- och fritidslärare med specialpedagogisk kompetens till vår komvuxverksamhet på entreprenad i Göteborg. Hos oss blir du en del av en liten enhet med cirka 150 elever, där närheten till elever och kollegor präglar vardagen. Vi finns på Celsiusgatan 8 och erbjuder en heltidstjänst i ett engagerat arbetslag som vill framåt. Om rollen Du planerar, genomför och följer upp undervisningen inom ditt yrkesområde. Med din specialpedagogiska kompetens bidrar du till en tillgänglig lärmiljö där elever med olika erfarenheter och förutsättningar får möjlighet att lyckas. I arbetet ingår att: Skapa strukturerad och yrkesnära undervisning som engagerar vuxna elever. Identifiera behov av stöd och anpassa undervisningen tillsammans med eleven och dina kollegor. Följa elevernas kunskapsutveckling och ge tydlig återkoppling. Bidra till arbetslagets pedagogiska utveckling och gemensamma kvalitetsarbete.

Vem söker vi? Vi söker dig som är utbildad lärare inom vård och omsorg eller barn och fritid och har specialpedagogisk kompetens. Erfarenhet av vuxenutbildning och av att möta elever med varierande språkliga och pedagogiska behov är meriterande. Du bygger förtroendefulla relationer, förenar tydliga förväntningar med lyhördhet och ser möjligheter att utveckla undervisningen.
