Detta prövas och överenskoms i samband med rekryteringen. Handledning fås av legitimerad psykolog med god erfarenhet av skola. Som skolpsykolog i Arboga kommun arbetar du i huvudsak riktat mot grundskolan och tyngdpunkten i uppdraget ligger i att utveckla och implementera skolornas främjande och förebyggande arbete för att öka elevernas hälsa och studieresultat. Psykologen förväntas bedriva konsultationer med personal, utbilda i förhållningssätt och vara en del i skolornas elevhälsoteam. Som skolpsykolog är du också en viktig del i bedömningen av elevers behov av stöd i klassrummet, en central del i arbetet gällande att öka skolnärvaro, kunnig kring problemskapande beteenden i klassrummet och har förståelse för hur neuropsykiatriska funktionsnedsättningar påverkar elever. Det ingår också i uppdraget att genomföra individuella utredningar och begåvningsbedömningar av elever. Som skolpsykolog arbetar du både självständigt i dialog med rektor och personal men också som del i team i den centrala elevhälsan bestående av ytterligare skolpsykolog, skolkuratorer och skolsköterskor. Kvalifikationer Vi söker dig som är utbildad psykolog. Erfarenhet av arbete med barn och unga är meriterande. Vi söker dig som är drivande och engagerad i elevhälsa, strukturerad och som trivs med att arbeta tillsammans med andra. Vi lägger stor vikt vid personlig lämplighet.
