Är du vår nästa administrativa stjärna? Arboteket söker nu en vikarierande administratör med möjlighet till förläggning. Arboteket är ett modernt arboristföretag som arbetar i både offentlig och privat sektor. Vi är ca 12 medarbetare som jobbar i dagsläget. Vi utgår från Linköping Östergötland. Där vi har merparten av våra kunder. Kärnverksamheten består av trädfällning, trädbeskärning och maskinella tjänster så som risbortforsling med lastbil, stubbfräsning mm. Som administratör jobbar du direkt underställd vd:n . Administrationen består av 3 personer i dagsläget.

Om tjänsten: Som administratör på Arboteket kommer du att spela en central roll i vår verksamhet. Du kommer att ansvara för att sköta våra kommunikationskanaler, inklusive växel, mail och planering. Du kommer att arbeta i ett kreativt och glatt team där din insats värdesätts. Du har mycket kontakt med våra kunder och vi värdesätter din sociala kompetens och personlighet högt. Vi söker dig som: Har gymnasial utbildning Har erfarenhet av administrativt arbete Har erfarenhet av att hantera växlar, mail och planeringsverktyg Erfarenhet av entreprenadsystem Har B-körkort Behärskar svenska och engelska i tal och skrift Är ansvarstagande, noggrann och stresstålig Trivs i ett varierande och dynamiskt arbete. Har ett professionellt och respektfullt bemötande, gott omdöme och förmåga att anpassa ditt uppträdande efter situationen. Inte tvekar att ta en dag ifrån kontoret och följa med arbetslagen ut på enklare arbetsuppgifter.
