Role description:

Arcadis is seeking an experienced Principal Archaeologist/Cultural Resources Program Manager to take on a leadership role within the cultural resources practice in the Pacific Northwest. This position will include leading client development as well as project delivery. In this role, you will support a growing cultural resources team focused on client deliverables while identifying opportunities for additional team expansion and growth. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in business development, project management, facilitating cross-team collaboration, and ensuring operational excellence in fast-paced environments.

Working closely with internal account management teams you will ensure client expectations are met, contract requirements are being upheld, and lead and drive the development of a programmatic process to ensure consistent deliverable quality, streamline team communications, and align processes across projects. You will leverage your technical and business knowledge to develop creative, effective, and economical solutions to address project challenges. You will play a key role on our cultural resources team, collaborating with project managers, program managers, and directors as part of an interdisciplinary environmental team.

teams, providing QA/QC, or other tasks. Both internal and external travel will be required, estimated at 10-15%. This role requires achieving an initial sales target of $500,000+ in the first nine-months, with expectations for growth and increased goals each subsequent year.

This position will require a candidate to work collaboratively with a diverse team. Arcadis offers a flexible working environment and follows a hybrid work structure. A successful candidate can expect to work remotely and from the office, as needed, based on demands of project and client teams.

Qualifications & Experience:

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
