Construction-phase responsibilities include conducting site inspections, monitoring progress, ensuring compliance with plans and standards, and responding to contractor Requests for Information (RFIs). The engineer may also support construction management activities, including oversight of construction and maintenance efforts on design-build or traditional delivery projects.

Additional expectations include maintaining familiarity with relevant government, client, and industry codes and standards, participating in site visits with estimated travel up to 25%, and working outdoors in varying weather conditions as needed. Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
