Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesPrestar serviços ambulatoriais seguindo instruções do coordenador, supervisor, médico ou enfermeiro responsável.Observar e registrar sinais e sintomas apresentados por pacientes, fazendo tratamentos em alguns casos, ministrando medicamentos, prestando primeiros socorros ao pessoal acidentado ou doente.Auxiliar na execução de programas para atender às necessidades de saúde dos empregados.Elaborar, executar e avaliar as atividades de assistência de enfermagem aos empregados.Controlar os exames ocupacionais, tais como: exames admissionais, periódicos, retorno ao trabalho, mudança de função e demissionais.Emitir Comunicado de Acidente de Trabalho, sempre que necessário.Atender expediente do ambulatório, anotando dados do paciente e saídas de medicamentos.Controlar planilha de empregados afastados, bem como agendar, sempre que necessário, consulta com o médico da empresa.Auxiliar na elaboração do plano de assistência, triagem, em serviço de proteção, recuperação, preservação e reabilitação da saúde dos empregados.Prover condições adequadas de limpeza, preparo, esterilização e manuseio de materiais na sua área de atuação.Executar tratamento e descarte de resíduos de materiais biológico.Utilizar equipamentos de proteção apropriados, quando da execução dos serviços.Realizar o controle dos planos de saúde e odontológico, caso necessário.Realizar o controle das manutenções de aparelhos respectivos à área.Desenvolver e/ou colaborar em pesquisas na área de saúde.Registrar todos os procedimentos realizados.Zelar pela conservação, limpeza e higiene do ambulatório.Requisitos e qualificações Requisitos obrigatórios:Curso Técnico em Enfermagem completo.Registro ativo no COREN.Requisitos desejáveis:Experiência em ambulatório ocupacional ou saúde do trabalho.Pacote Office para controle de planilhas e registros.Boa comunicação.Informações adicionaisOferecemos uma lista de benefícios que incluem:Vale-transporte gratuito.Programa de Participação nos Lucros e Resultados (PLR).Plano de saúde Unimed para colaborador e dependentes.Convênio odontológico para colaborador e dependentes.Restaurante.Seguro de vida.Reembolso de lentes de óculos.Cesta natalidade.Presente de casamento.Associação recreativa.Trilha de carreira.
