Principais atividades

  • Implementar e padronizar os programas corporativos de SST nas unidades.
  • Conduzir auditorias, inspeções e diagnósticos de conformidade legal, acompanhando os planos de ação.
  • Monitorar indicadores de segurança e propor ações de melhoria contínua.
  • Apoiar investigações de acidentes e incidentes e a definição de ações corretivas e preventivas.
  • Conduzir treinamentos e campanhas de cultura de segurança.
  • Elaborar relatórios técnicos e apresentações executivas.

Requisitos obrigatórios

  • Técnico em Segurança do Trabalho com registro ativo.
  • Experiência em SST, preferencialmente nas áreas logística e comercial.
  • Conhecimento de NRs e da legislação de SST.
  • Experiência em auditorias, inspeções e investigação de acidentes.
  • Gestão de indicadores de SST e Pacote Office.
  • CNH B.
  • Disponibilidade para viagens frequentes em âmbito nacional.
  • Residência em BH ou SP.

Requisitos desejáveis

  • Graduação em andamento ou concluída.
  • Atuação corporativa com suporte a múltiplas unidades.
  • Ferramentas de análise de causa (Árvore de Causas, FTA, TapRoot, ICAM).
  • Programas de cultura de segurança e engajamento de lideranças.
  • Power BI.
