Join The Arc Erie County New York as a Direct Support Professional (DSP) in our Day Habilitation program! As a DSP, you’ll support adults with developmental disabilities through hands-on assistance, community outings, skill-building activities, and meaningful daily experiences that promote independence and personal growth.   What You’ll Do

Support individuals in a center-based day program Teach life, social, and adaptive skills Assist with recreational and community activities Help individuals achieve personal goals Be part of a positive, supportive team environment
