Direct Support Professional (DSP) – Day Habilitation Services Williamsville, NY | Monday–Friday | 8:00am–3:30pm (37.50 hours per week)Starting at $22.89/hour – Highest DSP Base Pay in Western New York! Join The Arc Erie County New York as a Direct Support Professional (DSP) in our Day Habilitation program! As a DSP, you’ll support adults with developmental disabilities through hands-on assistance, community outings, skill-building activities, and meaningful daily experiences that promote independence and personal growth.   What You’ll Do

Support individuals in a center-based day program Teach life, social, and adaptive skills Assist with recreational and community activities Help individuals achieve personal goals Be part of a positive, supportive team environment

  Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED preferred Valid NYS Driver’s License with approved driving record Human services or caregiving experience preferred Compassion, patience, teamwork, and reliability
