This is an in-person role based in San Francisco.

THE OPPORTUNITY

You’ll work side by side with the Founder & CEO to own GTM, close deals, experiment with new channels, and build a repeatable sales engine.

Most people join startups before there’s demand or after the biggest opportunities are gone. We’re at a rare intersection: real customer traction, strong funding, and a sales organization that’s still being built.

We’re looking for someone who wants to grow with the company, with a clear path to earn increasing ownership and leadership:

1. Founding Account Executive: Become an exceptional individual contributor and help build our sales playbook.

2. Sales Player-Coach: Continue closing while coaching reps and earning team commission. This opportunity can begin as early as your first quarter if you exceed your goals.

3. Head of Sales: Build and lead the sales organization as we scale toward $100M in revenue.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

- Base salary: $150,000 – $160,000

- OTE: $300,000 – $400,000
