The posting

Nous recrutons, pour l'une de nos sociétés en portefeuille - groupe en croissance, avec une empreinte internationale en Europe - son futur Directeur FP&A Groupe. Bras droit du Directeur Financier, sa mission sera de donner à la direction une vision financière fiable et rapide, pour décider mieux et plus vite.

Les atouts du poste

  • Un chantier de transformation : IA, automatisation, nouveaux outils.
  • Une équipe à faire grandir et un réseau international à fédérer.

Les missions

  • Piloter les clôtures mensuelles et fiabiliser les résultats de toutes les sociétés du groupe.
  • Produire le suivi financier du groupe (P&L, EBITDA, BFR, cash) avec des recommandations claires.
  • Construire le budget, les prévisions et le plan à 5 ans, avec des scénarios pour éclairer les décisions.
  • Manager les équipes de contrôle de gestion et de recouvrement.
  • Animer le réseau Finance des différents pays et harmoniser les pratiques.
  • Déployer une feuille de route IA pour automatiser et accélérer les processus.
  • Piloter les projets d'outils (ERP, consolidation, BI) et les dossiers structurants.

Requirements

Compétences techniques

  • Formation Bac+5 en finance (école de commerce, master CCA-finance, équivalent).
  • Expérience de 12 à 15 ans en finance, dont 5 ans minimum en FP&A ou contrôle de gestion groupe.
  • Maîtrise du budget, des prévisions et de la modélisation financière.
  • Maîtrise des outils ERP, consolidation, BI, d'Excel et de l'anglais courant.

Savoir-être

  • Capacité à fédérer une équipe et un réseau à distance.
  • Esprit d'analyse et de synthèse, avec le sens des affaires.
  • Autonomie et rigueur face à des délais serrés.
  • Appétence pour l'automatisation et l'IA appliquée à la finance.

Un plus

  • Expérience en audit, en conseil en transactions ou en groupe multi-sites et multi-pays.
