  • Contribute to the preparation and monitoring of Total Installed Cost (TIC) estimates, cost trends, forecasts, and project progress reports.
  • Promote and coordinate effective workshare execution across engineering disciplines and project services teams.
  • Identify potential project risks, assess their impact, and support the development and implementation of appropriate mitigation measures.
  • Coordinate with department managers to monitor team performance, address resource requirements, and ensure effective collaboration across project functions.
  • Support and mentor Project Engineers and Construction Managers, contributing to their professional development and effective performance.
  • Ensure compliance with established project review processes, quality control guidelines, safety standards, and applicable project procedures.
  • Maintain positive working relationships with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders, supporting effective communication at all organizational levels.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management systems, execution processes, and procedures.
  • Support business development activities, including proposal preparation, presentations, opportunity assessments, and contract negotiations, as required.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Project Manager.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
