The posting

To supervise architectural works to project completion, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, regulations, and client requirements.

  • Background knowledge and experience on supervision of architectural works
  • Ensure work carried out in accordance with the approved drawings and specifications
  • Attend site walk with Architects, owner and consultants
  • To identify, highlight and address any critical issues, discrepancies, non-conformances and irregularities on site
  • Assist in review of main contractor's shop drawings, material submissions, and method statements etc
  • Assist to prepare, maintain and update site reports and records on project progress
  • Monitor, report and assess site progress and quality standards
  • Ensure contractors' compliance with safety protocols, cleanliness and tidiness on-site

Requirements

  • Diploma in Architecture, Building Service, or related disciplines from recognized tertiary institution
  • Minimum 10 years relevant experience in site supervision of building works, architectural elements, and finishing works on construction sites in Singapore
  • Conversant in building statutory codes and requirements
  • Good interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, being responsible, meticulous and a good team player
  • Competent in computer skills
