Oversee expansion of cardiology capabilities in new and existing markets, including launch planning, operational readiness, staffing models, equipment deployment, and provider integration. Direct leaders and teams supporting cardiology services, including hiring, coaching, performance management, succession planning, and team development. Drive continuous improvement in clinical quality, member safety, reporting accuracy, operational throughput, and member satisfaction through data-informed decision-making and performance reviews. Serve as the primary operational liaison among sonographers, clinical teams, administrative leaders, and vendors for cardiology services. Provide executive oversight of the echocardiography/echo sonography program across markets, including program design, capacity planning, access standards, quality benchmarks, and regulatory/accreditation readiness, ensuring consistent, high-quality service delivery in alignment with enterprise cardiology strategy. This role provides routine updates on service line performance, access, quality, growth initiatives, and operational barriers. Span of control includes direct leadership of cardiology service line resources and indirect influence across market-based operational, clinical, and support teams involved in cardiology care delivery. The role is expected to maintain a regular operating cadence with Regional Ops SVPs and Sr MMDs to review results, address performance gaps, coordinate market readiness, and ensure consistent execution of enterprise cardiology priorities.     Required Skills/Abilities:

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
