This role is not an HR generalist or primary owner of routine colleague relations, complaints, or investigations. This role is both strategic and hands-on. They advise and coach leaders, facilitate targeted talent and leadership experiences when their expertise is the right vehicle, and stay connected through activation to ensure solutions address the business need.  The HR Business Partner partners with Colleague Relations when colleague issues arise, while remaining connected to the broader leader, team, and organizational context. Partner with leaders to assess organizational change impacts and develop strategies that support successful adoption and sustained performance. Recognize when an issue requires deeper performance diagnosis, leadership support, capability development, field enablement, or another organizational response, and connect the right Talent Management partners. Distinguish between local needs, regional patterns, and issues requiring enterprise-level attention. Shape integrated talent responses that address business needs and connect the appropriate combination of talent strategy, leadership development, performance consulting, capability development, learning, coaching, and field enablement. Clarify desired outcomes, roles, decision points, dependencies, and measures of success with business leaders and Talent Management partners.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
