Sobre a Área: A área de FinLegal - Contas a Receber (Operação de Contas a Receber / Atendimento Financeiro) é responsável por gerenciar e otimizar toda a jornada financeira das escolas parceiras da Arco Educação. O time atua na linha de frente do relacionamento transacional B2B, garantindo a gestão contínua do ciclo de atendimento financeiro, a resolução de demandas operacionais (faturamento, renegociações, extratos) e a eficiência nos níveis de serviço (SLA). Trabalhando em constante sinergia com frentes de Atendimento, Cobrança e BPO terceirizado, a área assegura a governança das políticas financeiras, a mitigação de riscos de inadimplência e a entrega de uma experiência fluida, ágil e de excelência para os clientes do grupo.

No dia a dia você irá:

  • Coordenar de ponta a ponta a jornada financeira do cliente (escola), liderando diretamente o time de Atendimento Financeiro;
  • Gerir a operação diária (controle de filas, cumprimento de SLA, produtividade e qualidade do atendimento), monitorando indicadores e atuando proativamente sobre desvios;
  • Conduzir o onboarding, capacitação e configuração contínua de filas e regras de SLA dentro da plataforma Salesforce;
  • Definir, estruturar e documentar políticas e fluxos operacionais (regras de prorrogação de vencimentos, reparcelamentos, emissão de extratos, entre outros);
  • Assegurar clareza e sinergia nos papéis e responsabilidades entre as equipes de Atendimento Geral, Atendimento Financeiro e Cobrança;
  • Liderar a transição e o repasse gradual de atividades operacionais da estrutura N2 para o N1, além da gestão do fornecedor terceirizado (BPO);
  • Reportar periodicamente indicadores operacionais, volumetrias e mapeamento de riscos para a liderança executiva.

Para participar do nosso processo você precisa ter:

  • Experiência prévia em gestão e coordenação de equipes de Atendimento, Contas a Receber ou Cobrança;
  • Vivência prática na gestão de fornecedores terceirizados de atendimento e operações (BPO);
  • Capacidade analítica apurada para acompanhamento, construção e gestão de indicadores operacionais;
  • Experiência comprovada na condução de projetos de transição, migração ou transformação operacional;
  • Elevada organização e habilidade de comunicação clara e assertiva entre diferentes áreas corporativas.

Diferenciais:

  • Conhecimento prático das ferramentas Salesforce, sistemas ERP financeiros e Metabase;
  • Vivência anterior no setor de atendimento focado em clientes pessoa jurídica (B2B).
