Job Description

Tu misión será formar parte del equipo de I+D, contribuyendo a la exploración y creación de nuevos productos que transformen nuestro negocio. Tendrás la oportunidad de impulsar ideas desde el laboratorio hasta su llegada al mercado, participando en proyectos estratégicos que combinan ciencia, tecnología y visión comercial. Este rol busca despertar la curiosidad, fomentar la creatividad y ofrecer una experiencia integral en el desarrollo de productos que impactan directamente en la cadena agroindustrial.

Responsibilities

Desarrollo de nuevos productos: Trabajar junto al equipo en el desarrollo de nuevos productos, desde el laboratorio hasta su escalamiento y comercialización.

Explorar ideas: Dar apoyo en el análisis de ideas de nuevos productos o mejoras en el proceso.

Vigilancia tecnológica: Colaborar en las actividades de vigilancia tecnológica para el negocio.

Soporte técnico: Colaborar en la ejecución y seguimiento de ensayos de laboratorio e industriales asociados a desarrollos de nuevos productos y nuevas materias primas. Apoyar en la gestión del laboratorio de I+D.

Qualifications

¿Qué buscamos?

  • Estudiante de 3er o 4to año de las carreras de: Ingeniería Química, Ingeniería Industrial o Ingeniería en Alimentos o afines.
  • Manejo de Excel.
  • Se valorará manejo de inglés.
  • Se valorará experiencia o interés en el uso de herramientas de inteligencia artificial aplicadas a análisis de datos, optimización de procesos o automatización de tareas técnicas (por ejemplo: Power BI, ChatGPT, herramientas de IA generativa o modelos de machine.
