Estamos en la búsqueda de un/a Supervisor/a de Mantenimiento para nuestro equipo de Mantenimiento en la base de Papel Misionero – San Luis Capital.

¿Qué desafíos te esperan?

Como parte del equipo de Mantenimiento, liderarás la planificación, coordinación y control de las actividades de mantenimiento mecánico, garantizando la confiabilidad de los equipos y la continuidad operativa de la planta. Tendrás un rol clave en la gestión de personas, la mejora continua de los procesos y el desarrollo de un entorno de trabajo seguro.

Principales responsabilidades:

  • Planificar y coordinar las actividades de mantenimiento preventivo, predictivo y correctivo.
  • Supervisar la ejecución de las tareas de mantenimiento y dar seguimiento a las prioridades del sector.
  • Analizar fallas y desvíos, identificando causas raíz e impulsando acciones de mejora.
  • Gestionar recursos propios, contratistas y repuestos críticos, coordinando con las áreas involucradas.
  • Monitorear indicadores de gestión y realizar seguimiento del presupuesto del sector.
  • Liderar, desarrollar y acompañar al equipo técnico, promoviendo la autonomía, el compromiso y la disciplina operativa.
  • Velar por el cumplimiento de las normas de Seguridad, Calidad, Medio Ambiente e Inocuidad.

Qué buscamos

  • Graduados/as o estudiantes avanzados/as de Ingeniería Electromecánica, Mecánica, Eléctrica, Electrónica, Industrial o carreras afines.
  • Experiencia en posiciones de supervisión o coordinación en áreas de Mantenimiento, Producción o Calidad.
  • Conocimientos en planificación y programación de mantenimiento, gestión de KPI y metodologías de resolución de problemas.
  • Manejo de sistemas de gestión de mantenimiento (preferentemente JDE).
  • Conocimientos técnicos en mecánica, hidráulica, neumática y electricidad.
  • Conocimientos de permisos de trabajo, bloqueo y etiquetado (LOTO) y estándares de seguridad industrial.

  • Liderazgo y desarrollo de personas.
  • Capacidad de análisis y resolución de problemas.
  • Comunicación efectiva.
  • Organización y planificación.
  • Trabajo en equipo y articulación con distintas áreas.
  • Orientación a resultados y mejora continua.
