Tus principales responsabilidades serán:

  • Analizar costos operativos y comerciales, identificando oportunidades que contribuyan a mejorar la rentabilidad del negocio.
  • Elaborar y comunicar resultados e indicadores de gestión a distintos niveles de la organización.
  • Diseñar, desarrollar y mantener tableros de control y visualizaciones en Power BI.
  • Realizar el seguimiento y análisis de indicadores comerciales, incluyendo iniciativas de venta sugestiva y su impacto en los resultados.
  • Detectar desvíos y liderar el seguimiento de planes de acción para impulsar mejoras en la operación.
  • Coordinar reuniones con distintos equipos y stakeholders para presentar resultados y alinear iniciativas.
  • Monitorear costos logísticos vinculados a la operación y proponer acciones de optimización.
  • Realizar visitas a locales para comprender la operación, identificar oportunidades y validar iniciativas de mejora.

Requisitos

  • Estudiantes avanzados o graduados de Ingeniería Industrial, Administración de Empresas, Contador Público, Economía o carreras afines.
  • Dominio avanzado de Excel y herramientas del paquete Office.
  • Experiencia en Power BI para análisis y visualización de datos.
  • Manejo de SQL.
  • Conocimientos en modelado de datos, procesos ETL e integración de Power BI con plataformas cloud.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y presentación.
  • Perfil analítico, orientación a resultados y capacidad para transformar datos en acciones concretas.
  • Iniciativa, autonomía y foco en la mejora continua.
