Aufgabenbeschreibung

  • Unterstützung des Projektleiters bei der Abwicklung von Aufträgen technisch und kommerziell
  • Schnittstellenkoordination intern und extern;
  • Erstellung von Planungsangeboten für Bauprojekte;
  • eigenverantwortliche Planung und Koordination von Bauprojekten
  • Koordination der verfahrenstechnischen bzw. mechanischen Planung im Basic- und Detail Engineering
  • Auftragsverwaltung und -controlling inkl. Erstellung von Nachträgen/ Rückweisung von Nachtragsforderungen (Claim-management)
  • Erstellung von Terminplänen und Kostenschätzungen
  • Direkter Ansprechpartner von Auftraggebern, Lieferanten und Projektbeteiligten

Erwartete Qualifikation

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Maschinenbau, Elektro- und Leittechnik, Verfahrenstechnik, Versorgungstechnik, Chemieingenieurwesen oder Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen.
  • einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der Abwicklung von Bauprojekten, im Planungs- oder Umsetzungsbereich
  • erste Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen im Projektmanagement
  • Hohe Kommunikations-, Kooperations- und Teamfähigkeit
  • Kenntnisse von Branchen-Software
  • Deutsch mind. C1 Niveau
