DESCRIÇÃO SUMÁRIA:

Responsável por monitorar e controlar o acesso de pessoas e veículos na Arena BRB. Realiza o recebimento e registro de visitantes, fornecimento de informações e orientações, controle de entrada e saída de funcionários e visitantes, e comunicação com outras equipes de segurança ou autoridades em caso de emergência e auxiliar na manutenção da ordem e segurança do local.

ATRIBUIÇÕES:

  • Monitorar e controlar o acesso de entrada e saída pessoas ao local, verificando identidades, autorizações e registros de visitantes.
  • Prestar atendimento a pessoas, informando e direcionando-as às áreas de interesse.
  • Prestar informações e assistência aos funcionários, prestadores de serviços e outras pessoas que frequentam o local, respondendo a perguntas e fornecendo suporte quando necessário.
  • Realizar o registro dos automóveis e seus condutores que estiverem autorizados a adentrar as instalações da empresa.
  • Registrar ocorrências e atividades realizadas durante o turno, mantendo relatórios atualizados e informativos.
  • Desenvolver outras atividades de nível e complexidade semelhantes, a critério do supervisor imediato.

REQUISITOS:

  • Ensino médio completo;
  • Experiência mínima 6 meses como agente de portaria.
