Objetivo:

Responsável por estruturar, analisar e acompanhar projetos e oportunidades de negócio da Arena, apoiando a tomada de decisão e a execução das iniciativas aprovadas.

Atribuições:

  • Atuar na elaboração e análise de estudos de viabilidade econômico-financeira, na organização de cronogramas e orçamentos e na integração das áreas envolvidas. Consolidar informações, acompanhar riscos, prazos, custos e entregas e preparar análises e relatórios gerenciais. A atuação não substitui as responsabilidades.
  • Estruturar e acompanhar projetos estratégicos, organizando escopo, cronogramas, etapas, entregáveis, responsáveis e dependências.
  • Elaborar e atualizar estudos e modelos de viabilidade econômico-financeira, considerando premissas, cenários, receitas, custos, investimentos e indicadores de retorno.
  • Analisar oportunidades de negócio e alternativas de estruturação, implantação e exploração de projetos, em conjunto com as áreas responsáveis.
  • Consolidar informações e articular a participação das áreas internas, consultores e parceiros necessários ao desenvolvimento dos projetos.
  • Acompanhar orçamento, investimentos e custos dos projetos, comparar valores previstos e realizados e sinalizar desvios e impactos.
  • Monitorar riscos, pendências, mudanças de escopo e decisões que possam afetar prazos, custos ou viabilidade.
  • Preparar relatórios, estudos, planilhas e apresentações gerenciais para apoiar decisões.
  • Acompanhar indicadores e marcos dos projetos, propondo medidas para tratar atrasos, riscos ou inconsistências.
  • Apoiar a avaliação de propostas, estudos e informações apresentados por consultorias, fornecedores e potenciais parceiros.
  • Desenvolver e aprimorar ferramentas e rotinas de planejamento, controle e acompanhamento de projetos e oportunidades.

Requisitos:

  • Superior completo em Engenharia, Arquitetura, Administração, Economia ou áreas correlatas.
  • Mínimo de 6 meses de experiência em gestão de projetos, PMO ou planejamento e controle de projetos.
  • Experiência em estudos de viabilidade econômico-financeira e acompanhamento de orçamento e investimentos.
  • Vivência em construção civil, incorporação ou empreendimentos comerciais de grande porte.

Desejável:

  • Pós-graduação ou MBA em Gerenciamento de Projetos, Finanças, Gestão de Empreendimentos ou Real Estate.
  • Interface com gerenciadoras, construtoras, projetistas e consultorias, e acompanhamento de medições, aditivos e cronogramas físico-financeiros.

Diferencial:

  • Certificação PMP (PMI) ou equivalente e conhecimentos em metodologias ágeis.
