About the Role:

We’re looking for an Account Executive to own the sales process from qualified opportunity to close, helping companies understand how Arena’s products can solve real business problems. You’ll work closely with BDRs, Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to build pipeline, run consultative sales cycles, and consistently deliver against revenue targets.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys talking to customers, understanding their challenges, navigating complex deals, and taking ownership from first conversation to signed contract

What you will be doing:

  • Own the sales cycle from discovery and qualification through negotiation and close.
  • Conduct consultative discovery and present solutions tailored to customer needs.
  • Build and manage a healthy pipeline, maintaining accurate forecasts and CRM data.
  • Partner with BDRs to convert qualified opportunities from inbound and outbound channels.
  • Build relationships with decision-makers and navigate complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to improve the sales motion and customer experience.

Must-Have Experience:

  • 3+ years of successful B2B SaaS or technology sales experience with a proven track record of achieving targets.
  • Proven experience owning the full sales cycle from discovery to close.
  • Strong consultative selling, qualification, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
  • Experience selling to mid-market or enterprise customers.
  • Strong pipeline management and forecasting skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Fluent English and strong commercial mindset.

Nice-to-Have Experience:

  • Experience in SaaS, MarTech, AdTech, Creator Economy, Media, or AI.
  • Experience selling to publishers, sports organizations, agencies, or global brands.
  • Experience navigating complex enterprise procurement and multi-stakeholder deals.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced startup or scale-up environment.
  • Experience using AI-powered sales and prospecting tools.
