Arbetslivsresurs växer och vi behöver därför hitta nya engagerade jobbcoach/ arbetsmarknadskonsult till våra kontor i Eskilstuna och Strängnäs. Vi söker dig som fokuserar på möjligheter och att nå resultat i dina uppdrag. Arbetslivsresurs stärker styrkor och bidrar till att sänka arbetslösheten och minska utanförskapet genom att stötta och vägleda människor mot arbetsprövning, studier och slutligen ett varaktigt arbete! Uppdraget som arbetsmarknadskonsulent innebär att du stöttar individer enskilt eller i grupp och förenklar och förkortar vägen till nytt arbete eller studier. Du genomför kartläggning av resurser, stöttar i att skapa ansökningshandlingar, anordnar arbetsprövningsplatser samt vägleder och motiverar grupper genom föreläsningar fysiskt eller online. Du har möjlighet att vara kreativ och anpassa ditt arbete efter individens behov vilket gör arbetet både roligt och fartfyllt. Du har god förmåga att självständigt planera, administrera och följa upp ditt arbete och levererar alltid med kvalitet. Som person är du lyhörd, flexibel och självständig och gillar en variation i dina arbetsuppgifter. Att skapa relationer och bygga nätverk är något du känner dig bekväm med och vi ser gärna att du har ett brett kontaktnät och god kännedom om den lokala arbetsmarknaden. Du är van att använda LinkedIn och sociala medier som professionellt verktyg. För att lyckas i rollen behöver du ha förmåga att möta människor med olika bakgrund och behov, vinna deras förtroende samt förmå dem att lyckas komma ut på arbetsmarknaden. Utöver nedan kravprofil kommer vi lägga stor vikt vid din personlighet. Vi söker dig som kan jobba deltid och kan starta omgående. Kravprofil Alternativ 1 • Utbildning: Högskoleutbildning om lägst 180 högskolepoäng (120 poäng enligt tidigare system). • Arbetslivserfarenhet: Minst två (2) års arbetslivserfarenhet motsvarande heltid. Även deltid kan godkännas om den sammanräknade arbetstiden motsvarar heltid under två (2) år. Alternativ 2 • Utbildning: Minst ett (1) års heltidsstudier på eftergymnasial nivå med minst godkänt resultat. • Arbetslivserfarenhet: Minst tre (3) års arbetslivserfarenhet motsvarande heltid i något eller några av följande yrken eller arbetsuppgifter: - Arbetsledning med personalansvar. - Rekrytering. - Omställningsarbete för arbetssökande. - Studie- och yrkesvägledning. - Handläggning i personalfrågor (ej enbart personaladministration). - Arbete med arbetslivs- och arbetsmarknadsfrågor. - Arbete med social- och gruppsykologi. - Karriärvägledning. • Körkort och tillgång till bil • Meriterande om du kan fler språk än svenska
