Karriärcoach sökes till Trollhättan Till Arena Workforce och vårt kontor i Trollhättan söker vi nu en medarbetare som kan ansluta till teamet inom Rusta och matcha! Tjänsten är på deltid 50% med omgående start eller enligt överenskommelse. Som karriärcoach ansvarar du bland annat för att rusta arbetssökande till att hitta arbete eller studier och matcha dem mot arbetsgivare. Du genomför kartläggningar och hjälper arbetssökande med arbetsgivarkontakter och att skapa nätverk. Vem är du? Du har med fördel ett stort eget nätverk i och omkring Fyrbodal och närliggande orter eller är beredd att jobba aktivt med att skapa och upprätthålla arbetsgivarkontakter. Det är meriterande om du har erfarenhet av att coacha. Du behöver vara bekväm med att arbeta med dator och olika system. Kravprofil För att vara behörig handledare i Rusta och matcha krävs att du uppfyller ett av följande två alternativ: 1) Högskole-/universitetsutbildning om minst 180 hp (120 p enligt tidigare system) samt minst två års arbetslivserfarenhet motsvarande heltid (deltidsanställningar kan räknas samman om den sammanräknade arbetstiden motsvarar heltid under två år). 2) Minst ett års heltidsstudier på eftergymnasial nivå med minst godkänt resultat samt minst tre års arbetslivserfarenhet motsvarande heltid (deltidsanställningar kan räknas samman om den sammanräknade arbetstiden motsvarar heltid under tre år) i något/några av följande yrken eller arbetsuppgifter: · Arbetsledning med personalansvar. · Rekrytering. · Omställningsarbete för arbetssökande. · Studie- och yrkesvägledning. · Handläggning i personalfrågor (ej enbart personaladministration). · Arbete med arbetslivs- och arbetsmarknadsfrågor. · Arbete med social- och gruppsykologi. · Karriärvägledning. Eftergymnasial utbildning är t.ex. högskoleutbildning samt olika typer av yrkesutbildningar (t.ex. KY och YH). Observera att utbildningsbevis och arbetsgivarintyg ska bifogas din ansökan och är en förutsättning för att anställning kan inledas. Utländsk examen ska vara validerad av UHR.
