Ihre Rolle:

Als eines der führenden europäischen Finanz- und Wirtschaftszentren bietet Luxemburg Juristinnen und Juristen ein einzigartiges Umfeld für die Arbeit an grenzüberschreitenden Fragestellungen. Sie werden Teil eines Teams hochqualifizierter Juristinnen und Juristen und arbeiten von Beginn an an spannenden nationalen und internationalen Mandaten mit. Unter der Anleitung erfahrener Kolleginnen und Kollegen übernehmen Sie schrittweise Verantwortung und entwickeln Ihre fachlichen Kompetenzen in einem anspruchsvollen, dynamischen und internationalen Umfeld weiter.

Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören:

  • Juristische Beratung unserer Mandanten in einem breit gefächerten Aufgabengebiet
  • Entwurf, Prüfung und Überarbeitung rechtlicher Dokumente unter der Betreuung eines verantwortlichen Seniors oder Partners
  • Durchführung juristischer Recherchen und Analyse komplexer Rechtsfragen
  • Teilnahme an Besprechungen und Telefonkonferenzen mit Mandanten zur Begleitung grenzüberschreitender Projekte
  • Aktive Beteiligung am Wissensaustausch und an der Weiterentwicklung der fachlichen Expertise innerhalb des Teams

  • Für Juristen nach dem 1. Staatsexamen: Möglichkeit zur Ausbildung zum luxemburgischen Rechtsanwalt mit finanzieller Unterstützung durch Arendt
  • Unterstützung bei der Anerkennung der deutschen Rechtsanwaltszulassung durch die luxemburgische Rechtsanwaltskammer.

Ihr Profil:

  • Sie haben das Erste Juristische Staatsexamen erfolgreich abgeschlossen, befinden sich im Referendariat oder verfügen bereits über eine Rechtsanwaltszulassung.
  • Erste praktische Erfahrungen durch Praktika, Referendariat oder anwaltliche Tätigkeit sind von Vorteil
  • Interesse an wirtschaftsrechtlichen Fragestellungen und einem internationalen Arbeitsumfeld
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse; Französischkenntnisse sind ein Plus
  • Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten, sorgfältige Arbeitsweise und hohe Qualitätsansprüche
  • Teamgeist, Eigeninitiative und Freude an neuen Herausforderungen
