Essa é uma oportunidade para atuar como COORDENADOR DE MANUTENÇÃO:

  • Gestão da Manutenção: Coordenar atividades corretivas, preventivas e preditivas; garantir a disponibilidade dos equipamentos e sistemas de utilidades; reduzir falhas recorrentes via análise de causa raiz (RCA).
  • Planejamento e Controle (PCM): Estruturar e desenvolver o PCM da empresa; definir cronogramas, gerenciar o backlog e garantir o correto apontamento de ordens no sistema de gestão.
  • Confiabilidade e Melhoria Contínua: Implementar metodologias de confiabilidade e TPM; conduzir análises de falhas e planos de ação; liderar projetos para aumento da eficiência e redução de custos operacionais.
  • Gestão de Pessoas: Liderar, desenvolver e capacitar a equipe técnica; avaliar desempenho e promover uma cultura de disciplina operacional e senso de urgência.
  • Gestão de Recursos: Elaborar e controlar o orçamento da área; gerenciar o estoque de peças de reposição; avaliar fornecedores e participar da elaboração do CAPEX e custos dos ativos.
  • Compliance e Qualidade: Garantir o estrito atendimento às Boas Práticas de Fabricação (BPF/GMP), normas de segurança, meio ambiente (EHS) e aos requisitos regulatórios da ANVISA.

REQUISITOS:

  • Formação: Graduação completa em Engenharia Mecânica, Elétrica, Mecatrônica, Produção ou áreas correlatas.
  • Experiência Essencial: Sólida vivência em coordenação de manutenção industrial e gestão de equipes técnicas.
  • Conhecimento Técnico: Experiência prática na implantação de preventiva/preditiva, análise de falhas, confiabilidade e metodologia TPM.
  • Experiência prévia na indústria farmacêutica.
  • Conhecimento em utilidades farmacêuticas e sistemas críticos (HVAC, ar comprimido, água purificada - PW/WFI).
