Ihre Aufgaben

  • Fachliche Führung und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung des Produktentwickler-Teams
  • Technische Produkt- bzw. Projektverantwortung für den Bereich Automotive Prüftechnik
  • Mechanische und elektrische Konzeption und Konstruktion von Prüf- und Messtechnik für die Entwicklung von Automotive-Steuergeräten
  • Technische Abstimmung mit unseren Kunden und Lieferanten
  • Enge Abstimmung mit der internen Produktion

Ihr Profil

  • Erfolgreiches Studium der Elektrotechnik, Technischen Informatik, Mechatronik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation sowie mehrjährige Berufserfahrung erforderlich
  • Berufserfahrung in einem kleinen oder mittelständischen Unternehmen wünschenswert
  • Hands-on-Mentalität und ausgeprägte Führungs- und Entscheidungskompetenz
  • Erfahrung im Infotainment-Umfeld von Vorteil
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit sowie Organisationsstärke
  • Hohes Maß an Selbstständigkeit, Kreativität und Eigeninitiative
