Als ervaren Allround Procesoperator bij Argent Energy ben je een onmisbare schakel in de wereldwijde strijd tegen klimaatverandering door de productie van 2de generatie biobrandstoffen. Samen met collega's ben je verantwoordelijk voor een constante productie van biodiesel en zorg je dat de productie zo efficiënt mogelijk door blijft gaan.

Onze operators werken in een klein team (4 man per ploeg) en werken dan ook nauw met elkaar samen.

Allround Procesoperator

Amsterdam (Westpoort) - 5 ploegendienst

Tegen het einde van dit jaar wordt onze nieuwe fabriek voor de productie van biodiesel ingebruik genomen, waardoor de productie in eerste instantie wordt verdubbeld. Dit is een mooie kans voor Operators om vanaf het begin onderdeel uit te maken van deze nieuwe fabriek en een bijdrage te leveren aan een duurzame toekomst.

De toeslag voor 5 ploegendienst bedraagt 30% en je werkt in het volgende mooie schema met aansluitend 4 roostervrije dagen:

  • 2 ochtenddiensten;
  • 2 middagdiensten ;
  • 2 nachtdiensten.

About the job

  • als ervaren Allround Operator B weet je precies hoe het productieproces werkt en kleine technische problemen los jezelf op;
  • met jouw proceskennis voer je vanuit de controlekamer procescontroles uit op het procesbesturingssysteem (PCS);
  • je let op de veiligheid van collega's en waarborgt de kwaliteit en veiligheid van het productieproces;
  • je zorgt voor een juiste en tijdige toevoer van grondstoffen en voor de afvoer van halffabricaten en eindproducten;
  • je deelt opgedane kennis met collega's en denkt mee over verbeteringen in het productieproces.

Argent Energy biedt een oplossing voor het verminderen van uitstoot van broeikasgassen en maakt nieuwe natuurlijke grondstoffen en beperkt hiermee het gebruik van fossiele brandstoffen. Door natuurlijke grondstoffen zoals frituurvet en dierlijke vetten te up-cyclen wordt het gebruik van fossiele brandstoffen beperkt. Met het produceren van biobrandstof levert Argent Energy een directe bijdrage aan de wereldwijde strijd tegen klimaatverandering.

About You Je bent accuraat, teamgericht, hands-on, kwaliteitsbewust, flexibel en stressbestendig en je brengt mee:

  • een Operator B diploma of reeds bezig met het behalen van dit diploma;
  • relevante werkervaring als Operator B (bij voorkeur in de chemische industrie);
  • bereidheid tot het werken in een 5 ploegendienst.
